Intelligence Gathering

- GOTV (Get Out The Vote): Print lists of people by poll with bar codes, and use bar code technology to move poll visit information back into SPIN. This will dynamically modify the GOTV phone poll that is running on election day, minimizing the load on your volunteers
- Send people wanting to make a donation from your web site to the web tool, and it will take care of everything for you. It will take the relevant credit card or bank card information from your donor, clear the transaction, create detailed donation reports for government tracking, and send you a cheque with the aggregated donations. It can even print and mail a "thank you" letter to the donor for you!
Event Management
- Invite large groups of people to an event, and have them RSVP directly. The software keeps track of who is attending, who is unable to attend, and who has not responded yet.
- Set capacity limits on an event
- Send invitation reminders to those who have not responded to an invite yet
- Download spreadsheets containing attendance lists for printed attendance lists, name badge printing, named giveaway tagging, etc.
- SPIN will collect event registration fees automatically. It will handle the attendees credit card information, clear the transaction, keep detailed financial reports and send you a cheque.
Meeting Management
- Create a set of suggested meeting dates and times for a particular meeting, and have the invited attendees "vote" on the date/times that works into their schedule. The Software will then pick the winning time based on the votes.
- For a given meeting, create a "must attend" list and a "requested to attend" list. If someone from the "must attend" list cannot attend a particular date/time in the suggested set (from the point above), the date/time is dropped from the running
- When the date/time is decided, an "meeting request" email is sent to all of the attendees so that it drops into their calendar
Tool Based Text messaging
- A receptionist can receive a call, and forward you a text message with the caller's information attached
- Text message any user in the tool
